How does a sticky awning work?

Palillero awning is an ideal sun protection system for large surfaces, terraces or courtyards. Its operation is based on a fixed structure with side guides on which a canvas slides by crossbars or “sticks”. These sticks allow the canvas to be gathered or extended gently, either manually with rope or crank, or by motor.
